Well guys, meet the two new members of my WoW family. Abilene the hunter and Kaemi the rogue.
I am so pissed at WoW right now!
Well, not so much the game itself, but the people and friends I have always played with. I haven’t been playing as much as usual because I’ve been really busy with school and was away in Cuba for a week. When I came back what did I discover?
First of all, my guild broke up. Well, technically the guild still EXISTS but mostly it all started when my favourite guildy (and only fellow girl in the guild) left for another guild, then our GM, who held everything together, quit the guild/game/god knows what happened.
Second of all, one of my in-game friends quit the game ENTIRELY. Too many things going on in life, not into it anymore…understandable, but who am I going to bitch to about shitty queues and bad tanks? Sigh.
Third of all, the people I have been playing with ever since I joined the game (some in-game friends, some real-life) faction changed to Horde AND server changed. Well gee, thanks guys for leaving a man behind! These people have been there since the beginning. I ran my first heroics with them and they helped me kill hogger when I was just a wee thing. I can’t afford to faction and server change my hunter or death knight so I made a couple lowbies so I can AT LEAST talk to them in-game…thankfully blood elves and goblins are cute…but what happened to dedication to the Alliance.
Ah, bother.

Whoever’s smart-ass idea it was to make hunters look like murlocs, i’d like to have a word with.
I remember that once I heard about the tier 11 gear leakage on MMO champ I was so excited to see how much better the new hunter tier gear would look than tier 10 (so, not poo brown and puke green in colour). To my surprise it was worse than I thought it could ever be. Bulky, ugly and with a helmet that looks like a murloc face. The gear designer must have been on crack, it’s the only logical explanation. Either way, for once I’m not excited to get geared up.
